Bio: once upon a time: lady by name of rita teresa weldon met an older chap by the name of hugh francis develin jr.....nxt thing ya know they have to go to inform lace curtain margaret kennedy weldon that elopped to maryland - married - and with child [huey francis the turd]. must have been strange for the kennedy's of grenwich village and {eventually} flatbush....since rita teresa was club footed at two and skeets [hughfrancisJR]was back handicapped as a teen.
the kennedy's where expecting no one would marry rt and so they had her in training to be a teaching nun.
